ABOUT THIS PAGE
The Occupational Disease Panel (ODP) was created under the Workers' Compensation Act of Ontario and
has existed for over 10 years. Over that time, the ODP has published approximately 20
Reports of Findings and numerous other publications on issues relating
to workplace/occupational diseases and their compensation. Because the ODP
is scheduled to close at the end of 1997, the ODP is making
its publications available in electronic form through the Internet.
Information pertaining to the Panel's mandate, composition and membership
can be obtained from any of its recent Reports. ODP/IDSP history is also
recorded in the Annual Report for 1996.
Below is the list of ODP publications.
Any publication can be printed directly
from your web browser or saved in HTML format for off-line perusal or printing.
Some can also be downloaded in Adobe format
together with the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
